To be very honest, I have experienced each of these dilemmas at some point of time or the other and no matter how hard one tries, these are actually inevitable. While emotional turmoil is really difficult to handle and can cause unnecessary disturbances in the work flow of the team, the most annoying dilemma in my opinion is the Information Asymmetry Dilemma. While the other three still can be managed with counseling and a friendly advice here and there, I feel that information asymmetry is not only a huge waste of energy and resources, but also very adamant in its appearances.
